External:
- Double Garage: Facebrick with cement tiled roof, remote control door, Internal Walls plastered. No Ceilings.

- White aluminium gutters and PVC downpipes.
- White powder coated aluminium windows and sliding doors.

Internal:
- Walls: Smooth plaster generally painted. Ceramic Tiles full height to Bathrooms and to Kitchen.
- Ceilings: Skimmed gypsum with standard gypsum coved cornices–
- Floors: Ceramic Tiles as per plan. Carpet elsewhere.
- Skirtings: Standard timber skirtings painted.
- Doors: Townhouse deep moulded with Satin Silver handles, 3 Lever locks.
- Curtain Tracks: Double to all windows except Bathrooms, Kitchen and Garage which will be single.
- Electricity: All Units are fitted with a card system.
All items such as tiles, carpets, light fittings and cupboards are as to clients choice, for which generous P.C. sums have been allowed.
Modifications to standard plans can be made by consultation with the architect for which additional design fees may be negotiated.
Monthly Levies include:
- Insurance of Building.
- Garden Service (Cutting Grass) to Private Gardens.
- Maintenance and running cost to Common Property.
